Hi, I 'm Laura Russell-Nygard, I am  passionate about everything I do! I grew up in New York who moved West to find my true love, Wellness!! I love living in Montana being free from city life and able to find true happiness in the wild wilderness. I have 17 years experience as a  licensed massage therapist , who puts your needs first so you can feel your best.  I tailor every service  to fit your needs to help you get the relief or relaxation your body needs. I specialize in deep tissue massage. I completed an Esthetician program at Montana Skin Academy and now making skincare a top priority for your over all health and wellness in my Missoula Montana location. Teaching Yoga is another passion of mine. I love to help people with balance and core issues.  I teach all levels including children. 

Its been a long ride, 20 + years and Eric has decided to Retire.  He will be seeing some of his clients but his in not taking on new clients.

As the owner, I will be taking on his existing clients.
